Short answer
How much do skin treatments cost in Seoul?
In November 2026, Seoul clinics listed jaw botox at ₩18,600 to ₩53,900 for 50 units of a Korean brand, Korean-brand filler at ₩59,000 to ₩319,000 per cc, and Ultherapy at ₩600,000 to ₩1,320,000 for 300 shots, all including VAT. Range, not a quote. Method: Prices posted by Seoul clinics on their own Gangnam Unni listings or websites, one price per clinic for each product and dose, VAT included; first-visit-only offers and packages excluded; full dataset linked below. Clinics set their own prices; confirm the basis (per session, area, or vial) before paying.
Seoul prices at a glance, November 2026
The table above gives one range for each treatment, built from the posted prices of 10 to 15 Seoul clinics for the same product at the same dose. Every figure includes VAT. The median, the price half the clinics were at or below, is in the note column and is a better guide to a typical price than either end of the range.
Rejuran has its own page with the same method: Rejuran price in Seoul.
Botox: the brand sets the price
For 50 units of jaw botox, the dose these listings most often quote for the masseter, Korean brands cost ₩18,600 to ₩53,900 and Xeomin or Allergan cost ₩86,900 to ₩148,500. The medians were ₩38,500 and ₩119,900.
The same clinic usually lists several brands side by side, so the brand is the first thing to check on a quote. Some of the lowest Korean-brand prices were for split vials, and some clinics charge more to open a new vial in front of you. The botox page explains the Korean brands and how they are licensed.
Filler and Juvelook: priced per cc
Hyaluronic acid filler is priced per cc. Korean brands such as Neuramis, Chaeum and YVOIRE cost ₩59,000 to ₩319,000 per cc, with a median of ₩104,500. Restylane, Juvéderm and Belotero cost ₩220,000 to ₩495,000, with a median of ₩275,000.
Juvelook, a collagen stimulator rather than a filler, cost ₩44,000 to ₩143,000 per cc, with a median of ₩55,000. Clinics price Juvelook Skin and Juvelook Volume the same or close to it, so the range covers both. See dermal filler and Juvelook for what each one does.
Lifting devices: Ultherapy, Thermage and Shurink
These are priced by the number of shots.
- Ultherapy, 300 shots: ₩600,000 to ₩1,320,000, median ₩945,000. Most clinics now list Ultherapy Prime.
- Thermage FLX, 600 shots: ₩1,490,000 to ₩2,409,000, median ₩2,194,500.
- Shurink Universe, 300 shots: ₩86,900 to ₩165,000, median ₩98,450.
Shurink and Ultherapy both use focused ultrasound, and their prices differ by roughly ten times. Ultherapy vs Shurink covers what is known about the difference. Shot counts are not comparable between devices, so compare Ultherapy with Ultherapy and Thermage with Thermage.
Potenza: check the tip
Potenza, a microneedle radiofrequency device, cost ₩122,200 to ₩209,000 for the full face with the tip included, median ₩162,000. Clinics name the tip they use, and some listings bundle soothing care. The Potenza page covers what it treats.
Skin boosters and toning
- Skinvive, 1 cc: ₩180,400 to ₩400,000, median ₩297,000. Clinics also sell generic hyaluronic acid skin boosters, often called 물광주사, at much lower prices, but under many different products and volumes, so they are not ranged here. The skin booster page explains the category.
- Pico toning, one session: ₩19,000 to ₩99,000, median ₩64,900. Listings name PicoSure, PicoPlus or another device where they name one.
- Laser toning, one session: ₩15,000 to ₩80,000, median ₩50,000.
Toning is usually done as a course, and several clinics list 5- or 10-session packages at a lower price per session. The ranges above are for a single session. For what each laser does for pigmentation, see pico laser and laser toning.
Why the same treatment varies
- Offer type. Most prices in Seoul are promotional listings on a booking platform, many with an end date. The crossed-out figure beside them is not what anyone pays; the listed price is.
- First visits. Many clinics offer a one-time first-visit price below their usual one. These are left out of the ranges.
- VAT. Platform prices include VAT; clinic websites often show prices before VAT, marked 부가세 별도.
- What is bundled. Some prices include a skin analysis, a soothing mask or sedation.
Korean law requires clinics to post prices for non-covered treatment, which includes all aesthetic treatment, and bars them from charging more than the posted price for the same item. Keep a screenshot of the listing you book from.
How the prices were collected
On 3 November 2026 we read each price on the clinic's own listing on 강남언니 (Gangnam Unni), the booking platform most Seoul clinics use to post prices, or on the clinic's own website. We kept one price per clinic for each product and dose, the lowest it offered to everyone. The dataset of 295 prices from 125 clinics is linked below, with the page each price came from. We do not name clinics on this page and do not recommend any of them.
The bottom line
In November 2026, the brand and the dose decided most of the price: Korean-brand botox cost about a third of Xeomin or Allergan, and Shurink about a tenth of Ultherapy. Compare quotes on the same product, the same dose and the same VAT basis, and treat first-visit prices as one-time offers. The 10% VAT is no longer refundable for procedures from 2026.
Frequently asked questions
- Why is Korean-brand botox so much cheaper than Xeomin or Allergan?
- In this survey the median for 50 units of jaw botox was ₩38,500 for a Korean brand and ₩119,900 for Xeomin or Allergan, about three times as much. Korean toxins are licensed as drugs in South Korea like the imported ones. The botox page covers the brands and what licensing means.
- Is Shurink a cheaper Ultherapy?
- Both use focused ultrasound, and the median price for 300 shots was ₩98,450 for Shurink Universe against ₩945,000 for Ultherapy, roughly a tenth. They are different devices, and the comparison page sets out the one documented difference between them.
- Do these prices include VAT?
- Yes. Every range on this page includes the 10% VAT. Platform listings in Seoul post prices with VAT included; where a clinic's own website posted a price before VAT, we added 10% before comparing it.
- Why are some prices much lower than these ranges?
- Many clinics offer a one-time first-visit price, often well below their usual price. Those offers apply once, so they are left out of the ranges. Package prices for several sessions are left out too.
